We’ve compiled a list of commonly faced issues with Facebook’s Lead Generation ads and how to fix them.

We recommend that you bookmark this page as we will be updating it regularly with the issues that we discover in the future.

Let’s dive into the most common issues and how you can resolve them.

How Do I Accept Facebook’s Lead Generation Terms of Service?

Click the link inside the Lead Generation Form section that says, “Make sure that you’ve accepted Facebook’s Lead Generation Terms of Service”, this will open a page in a new tab and may prompt you to login with Facebook.

After successfully logging in, Facebook will show you the terms of service for all the pages that you own or have access to and their status.

Click on the page name and then hit “Accept”.

That’s it. You should be able to proceed to the next step in your ad creation process in AdPuzl.

Potential Reach Doesn’t Show/Update

This could be happening because you haven’t confirmed your Facebook ad account. To confirm, head over to Facebook Ads Manager and click “Go To Ads Manager”.

If you’re not signed in, Facebook will prompt you for your credentials. Make sure that you use the same credentials that have access to your ad account(s) and are also connected to AdPuzl.

Once logged in, you’ll be able to choose the ad accounts that you own or have access to.

In this example, I’ll click on MJ MJ.

Click the “Account Overview” button on the left-hand menu.

Under the “Confirm Facebook Page” section, click the “Confirm” button. (Make sure that it has your Facebook page).

Once confirmed, the section should look like this:

Head over to AdPuzl and refresh the page. You should be able to specify the audience and see the up-to-date Potential Reach.

Remember that we will be updating this blog regularly as Facebook makes changes internally, so check back as new issues arise.
